How do I start?

Sign up with email, Apple, Google, Microsoft, GitLab or Bitbucket. Free needs no card. The first-run wizard walks you through declaring an app, pasting one read-only key, running the first sync, and seeing the panel.

What exactly can OXbeat see?

Narrow, read-only scopes: counts, totals and statuses, never rows or contents. Every connector's credential and scope is listed in the public catalog, and the privacy policy covers the rest. Short version: counts, not contents.

How do BYO keys work?

You create a read-only key at each provider and paste it into OXbeat, where it is stored encrypted for your workspace only. The daily sync uses it to pull that day's numbers. For money-adjacent providers OXbeat accepts restricted read-only keys only, and where a provider issues no read-only key it asks you to acknowledge that before storing anything. Revoke a key at the source any time; OXbeat breaks cleanly, never silently.

Where does the digest arrive?

By email to the workspace owner today; push, Slack, Discord and webhook delivery are next. Your agents read the same numbers at /api/v1 and over MCP with a token you mint under Settings. The sync lands around 13:00 UTC.

What does the narration cost?

Whatever your model provider charges you; narration runs on your own key. OXbeat adds no markup on inference; the plan price is the whole price.

Change or cancel my plan

Settings > Billing in the app opens the Stripe portal: switch plans, update the card, or cancel. A cancelled plan stays paid through the period you paid for, then drops to Free.

Delete my account

Go to app.oxbeat.ai/delete, or Settings in the app. Deletion cancels any subscription, removes your Stripe customer, destroys every stored key and erases your workspace, and it tells you if any step did not complete. It is immediate and cannot be undone.

A help assistant that answers only from OXbeat's own documentation, using a model at Anthropic under our account. It is for questions about the product; do not paste keys or customer data into it. It can be wrong; this page and the privacy policy are the record.
